About Alexandra Tentiu
I am Alexandra Tentiu, Founder of the Inner Flight Retreat and dedicated apprentice of Shipibo Amazonian traditional medicine. My immersion in the Shipibo lineage and continuous study and practice with Shipibo healers have deepened my understanding of ancient healing practices and awakened my ability to channel Tara, a collective of higher-dimensional beings.
Before stepping onto this path, I believed my future was in architecture. I was completing my university studies in Romania, my birth country when life took an unexpected turn. In my search for healing, peace, and freedom from suffering and confusion, the Universe led me to the Shipibo people—their wisdom, kindness, and sacred medicine. Their teachings transformed my life in ways I could never have imagined.
Our Inner Flight Retreat
Together with Roberto Tentiu, we founded Inner Flight Retreat in Costa Rica, a space dedicated to deep healing and transformation.
During the very first edition of Inner Flight, Roberto and I were married in a sacred plant medicine ceremony, blessed by our beloved Shipibo maestros. This profound moment marked the beginning of a shared journey of growth and service. I once felt lost, unsure of who I was, but through the love of the medicine, I remembered. Now, my deepest wish is to help you remember too.
At Inner Flight, we work closely with Shipibo healers and are committed to the lifelong path of learning and growing within this sacred tradition. We continuously study the path of Onayabo (traditional Amazonian doctors), refining our practice to offer the most authentic and powerful healing experiences.
Channeling Tara
Tara is a collective of 12 higher-dimensional beings that I channel to bring wisdom, clarity, and support for personal and spiritual growth. Their guidance helps us understand how reality is created and how to align with our highest potential. Through my deep connection with the Shipibo lineage and continuous study with their healers, my ability to channel Tara has expanded, allowing me to offer private sessions. These sessions serve as a bridge to higher consciousness, providing insight, healing, and alignment for those on their journey of self-discovery.

A part of my purpose on this earth is to inspire you to remember the pure awareness that you are—the divine presence looking through your eyes, beyond the mind and thoughts. Through channeled wisdom from inner higher realms, I share messages in a collection of YouTube videos called Whispers of New Earth and engage in deep, vulnerable conversations on my podcast, Absolute Healing.
My visions, meditations, and Shipibo ceremonies guide me in creating paintings infused with light codes—energetic keys that, when received through the eyes, activate higher realities in those who connect with them. I invite you to receive these offerings with my deepest gratitude as I humbly and joyfully share them with you.
